Fantastic opportunity for a Showroom Host to join the team at our exciting, newly acquired, Retail Centre at Lloyd North Tyneside BMW & MINI (Silverlink).
Salary: £24,440 per Annum.
Hours: 40 Hours per week
Role responsibilities:
- Meeting & greeting customers in the showroom, ensuring they have a friendly & professional welcome, seamless service, hassle free and as convenient as possible. (Aware of Mystery Shops)
- Ability to hold customers and take their details when and where possible if the Sales Executives/Service Receptionists are unavailable.
- Offering beverages to all customers, tidying away used cups and glasses.
- Monitor and ensure showroom is presentable and digital equipment is operational.
- Booking both new and used vehicles into stock
- Ordering of new vehicles via the manufacturers system once authority is obtained
- Invoicing of vehicles to retail, corporate and trade customers and other Lloyd retailers
- Preparation of documentation to tax used vehicles
- Help with any other administrative tasks as needed
- Maintain the coffee area, keeping it clean and tidy, also keeping the machine restocked – Replenishing any biscuits and keeping stock in the fridge up to date. Ensuring all cups and glasses are in place and the dishwasher is emptied regularly.
