Expertise contradictoire : Participer à la réalisation des expertises en lieu et place d'APEX (Expert Automobile), sur les lignes de produits maîtrisées et en accord avec le Responsable Qualité Client et/ou le Responsable Qualité. Les expertises ont lieu dans les garages.
Rédaction de bulletins techniques
Répondre aux demandes d’information sur les garanties (client ou force de vente) par téléphone ou par mail.
