Job Description:
We are now looking for a IT Portfolio Manager for Airbus GBS.
Responsibilities - your mission

Responsibility for the IT budget: including determination of requirements, consolidation, monitoring of budget compliance, variance analysis

Coordination of overarching IT activities in the phases of planning, implementation, commissioning, stabilization and transfer of operations

Management and execution of requirements management for prioritizing IT projects according to transparent parameters, including profitability analysis and effectiveness checks
-
Technical and methodological management of contact persons for processes and applications as well as supporting formats, e.g., IT and requirements board Supporting the Group function IT security and data protection

Quality control, billing and project acceptance
-
Leadership of selected overarching IT projects

Supporting the organization with IT expertise and solutions

Census and further development of the IT landscape
-
Requirements analysis for the required IT system support in the departments Initiation of CIP measures in the area of responsibility.
Requirements - our ideal candidate will have
-
A completed master's degree, ideally in computer science, business/geoinformatics, information technology or a related discipline

Ideally, you have a certification in project management, such as IPMA, PMI, PRINCE2, and/or relevant professional experience in IT project management
-
Routine in dealing with agile methods, for example Scrum
-
High willingness to cooperate and communicate

Economical, process- and solution-oriented way of working

Service and customer orientation

Confident appearance, coupled with negotiation skills

Willingness to participate in and cooperate with associations
