About the job:
The Satair Quality organization is looking for a new Project and Process Manager for Quality located in Copenhagen. Your main mission will be to establish and ensure smooth quality processes to guarantee the conformity of the products to the quality requirements, and support on quality, on time and on cost delivery by delivering right first time to increase customer loyalty.

What you will be doing:

Leading cross functional projects to improve the processes and new way of working to increase efficiency and robustness of the cross-functional processes

Preparing project plans, providing project status updates, preparing decision presentations and steering committee meetings

Defining and documenting the quality processes for the operational colleagues and supporting the teams by rolling out the processes into the organization

Establishing and controlling process KPIs (e.g. adherence, efficiency) to regularly review the process and identify improvement areas

Driving regular root cause analysis for reported quality technical issues to ensure appropriate containment and corrective actions are taken

Proactively driving the identification, development and implementation of process improvements including IT changes and change management

Actively participating in the Process Owner Delegate community to ensure well established process interfaces and robust E2E process flows

Ensuring the process is compliant with the quality requirements defined in the Airbus directives and by our customers
About you:
As the successful candidate you must be able to demonstrate the following:

Experience in quality requirements and processes
-
Knowledge and experience in project management and leading multi-functional processes
-
Knowledge and experience in project management
-
Knowledge about the business improvement fundamentals, based on lean and right first time lean principles, and associated methods and approaches such as Lean / Operating systems, Problem Solving and Quality Standards
-
English language at an advanced level
-
Experience in developing and contributing to the evolution and maintenance of the improvement referential, as well as leading the transfer and coaching of improvement concepts, principles, tools & techniques, and the development of autonomy/competency in the business
