Job Description:
We are seeking a Product Delivery Manager for VMWARE, VDI, IAM and Messaging Backend in a challenging, dynamic, and high paced environment where a strong Supplier Management skills are key to success.
The role of Product Delivery Manager is a service driven role managing various products via our operations supplier. A good understanding of one or more technologies is required with the ability to learn the fundamentals of all assigned products whilst abiding by ITIL best practices. You will be working in a team of 8 maintaining the infrastructure in operational condition, E2E, in line with OLA/SLAs focusing on both Business continuity and end user satisfaction via our 3rd party supplier.
SECURITY CLEARANCE: SC Clearance (including a criminal record check)
TRAVEL REQUIRED: Occasional travel within UK

HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE TO THE TEAM
- Monitor both in-sourced and outsourced teams/vendors and activities, in conjunction with contract management
- Specialist for the Operations of specific IT Product such as Vmware, VDI, IAM, & Messaging Backend, having appropriate level of knowledge in order to manage the product effectively
- Perform the ITIL based processes that include Incident, Problem, Change, Configuration management
- Communicate Product improvements, updates and obsolescence roadmap to the IT Product Manager
- Annual Capacity planning & Budget Management for managed products
- Facilitate Entry-Into-Service from Plan and Build team to the Supplier in Run Operations as part of a Multi-Function team.
ABOUT YOU
- Previous experience working in a product based delivery model
- Ability to influence and drive supplier management to gain results
- ITIL accredited with workplace experience
- Experience in Active Directory, Exchange and associated Products
- Experience in Contract management
