WHAT TO EXPECT:

PLM (Programme Lifecycle Management) is a new system being brought in by JLR and Dassault Systems to replace some of the legacy systems in JLR. This exciting programme will enable JLR to manage product development processes from ideation to retirement, with a focus on collaboration, data management, and automation of processes, thus enabling modern luxury through an innovative, clean core, end to end integration and process simplification.

As a PLM Trainer, you will accountable for managing the change and deploying the PLM programme content across JLR’s global footprint.

 

Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities:

  • Process assessment and stakeholder identification in the form of a Training Needs Analysis (TNA)
  • Design and create role-based PLM user training.
  • Developing training content including classroom courses, online learning courses, assessments, videos, simulations, and quick reference guides
  • Evaluating the PLM users’ level of knowledge at appropriated levels
  • Conducting training impact assessments



WHAT YOU’LL NEED

  • Excellent presentation and communication skills 
  • Experience in learning data analysis, metrics, and reporting
  • Excellent behaviours to allow interaction at all organisation levels from shop floor to Director 
  • Experience of Working with business partners, internally and externally
  • Familiar with PLM Systems (Product Life Cycle Management)
