Job Summary:
The Process Analyst will be a vital role with expertise in the internal (from storage to MAD) and external (from supplier to storage) supply chain flow to secure the right part, in the right packaging, to the right place, at the right time for our production team members. Key attributes for success are securing our QDFIPS targets. The Process Analyst shall be responsible for all current model and new model change activity over the assigned area. The analyst will provide input cross functionally between Material Handling and the Supply Chain Engineering teams with regards to process design, the ability to secure repeatability, and confirm delivery methods are secure.
Fundamental Supply Chain Skills Applicable to Daily Work
- 5S Basics - Can recognize, act, and maintain perfect 5S
- Ability to understand internal supply chain flow starting from the GR process to its delivery to the production lineside (physically and systematically)
- Ability to create and analyze OIS and provide feedback to Supply Chain Engineer
- WES - Creation with clear instruction, no misinterpretation highlighting critical criteria
- Can create training documentation, explain/teach, and verify TM retention
- Ability to truly problem solve identifying root cause and sustainable solutions
- Ability to analyze supply chain flows for ergonomics (Volvo Standard) and provide feedback to engineering
- Understanding of the VCCH organization & workflow between organizations: Prod, ME, SE, and PSCE (Inbound and Internal Flows) and Packaging
Process Analyst Specific Skills Applied in Daily Work:
- Fact gathering/data collection to support engineering 2nd line analysis (DT, Hot Calls, Scrap Cost, Repack $, etc.)
- Support visual management of logistics/supply chain areas by creating and printing MAD labels, STO labels, and Int Sequence labels
- Submission, tracking, and follow up on open tickets for IT related issues
- Aware-net button creation, deployment, and maintenance
- BIS updates for newly introduced part numbers
- Data entry for VSIM information
- Data entry for MAD change request in Chimas and AMA updates
- A Reporting as required
- Ability to create & summarize activity to communicate status of area / clearly provide data on areas that need support in a timely manner
- High Hurts (safety, quality, operational availability) identification & prioritization
- Leading cross functional teams, i.e. Engineering and production
- Ability to produce transparent documentation

Minimum Qualifications:
- High School Diploma/GED

- Must be able to travel up to 4 weeks overseas and work OT (daily, weekends, off shifts) based on project activity needs.
