Payroll Specialist (TEMP)

Job Description:

Temporary replacement of long term absence in the payroll team.

Ensure an efficient delivery of employees payroll on a high quality level, as essential topic from HR, leading with labour, taxes and social security law and rules, as well Company requirements, related with payment and contributions.

Perform data payroll entry, payroll checks, payment and taxes simulations, settlements and annual taxes declarations.

Ensure a high level of compliance related to payroll, payments, contributions and taxes, as well manage in a secure mode personal data.

Consult in cases with high expertise need.

Use and improve of HR tools for employees administration, specially for Payroll and Social Security (SAP-HR, MyPulse, Siltra, Cashpooler, Escriba, RPA, etc.)

Ensure the design and implementation of HR standards solutions (including policies, processes and tools) for payroll, payments and contributions.

Consider potential impacts of HR relevant legislation & regulation and the day to day operations.

Management of payroll activity for Social Plan in Airbus.

This job requires an awareness of any potential compliance risks and a commitment to act with integrity, as the foundation for the Company’s success, reputation and sustainable growth.
