Payroll & Operations Specialist (m/f/d)
Your Role
- Daily payroll system management and cooperation with our payroll provider ADP to ensure a proper payment and reporting of payroll
- Keeps abreast of the payroll processing system and changes in wage/tax laws, and applies changes as appropriate
- Participation in audits, providing required documents and data
- HR Reporting and individual and general HR calculations on the basis of Workday and Paisy reports
- Review, improvement and implementation of new or existing HR processes
- Responsible for updating all employee-relevant data in the personnel management system Workday
- Organization and Administration of Trainings
- On-time execution of assigned tasks in compliance with the valid quality system
- Self-managed projects assigned in the HR and payroll area
Your background
- University degree
- Deep knowledge in the areas of: labor law, social security, income tax
- Deep knowledge of the payroll system Paisy and the HR management system Workday
- Ability to create relations and cooperate with people
- Great communication skills
- Self-dependance
- Ability to work effectively under time pressure
- Ability to organize own work
- Computer skills - MS Office (Excel, Powerpoint)
- Good English skills
