US Payroll Analyst

JOB DESCRIPTION

Provides specialized administrative support to employees and line managers. Responds to complex inquiries from employees across the enterprise. Administers and executes certain HR programs. Collects and analyzes data to support HR activities. Processes complex data requests. Coordinates with Rep I & II to provide escalation support.  University degree and 1 year suggested minimum experience, or 2 year degree and 6 years suggested minimum experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • Knowledge of US taxes and basic forms
  • ADP
  • Workday
  • Problem Solving Skills
  • Excel Proficiency (vlookup, data analysis. pivot tables)
  • English
