OPEX Manager ( Operational Excellence)
As OPEX Manager, you will play a key role in Aptiv’s on Operational Excellence, managing with the to implement a Sustainable Problem Solving & Process Improvement capability in their own Team Members at all levels
Your Role:
- Directly works with the Site Leadership Team to implement a sustainable Problem solving & process improvement capability in their own Team Members at all levels
- Provides coaching and teaching of Problem Solving ,Lean tools, method and principles
- Helping them self-develop through practical “Learning by doing together with Team Members
- Ensures the Site Leadership are improving their Daily Performance Management to meet global / divisional minimum standards
- Ensure site leadership Team understands and supports the PDCA of daily performance management at all levels by further developing:-
- Check Act through designed Management Routines
- Ensures Site Leadership are improving their CI Planning to meet global / divisional minimum standard
Your Background:
- Bachelor or Master Degree with Manufacturing specialty
- 3 yrs or more of experience in Excellence Operational or Lean Manufacturing as Manager.
- Lean Manufacturing Knowledge and experience
- Excellent organizational and planning skills
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
- Experience in automotive industry
- Microsoft Office advance knowledge
- English conversational business.
