Our Supply Chain Team is seeking for a talented and passionate candidate to work with us as a Material Planning and Purchasing Trainee.
You will be responsible for supporting both teams in their daily workload.
To be successful as our trainee, you should have a base knowledge and understanding of various supply chain management processes. It will be good to have experience in the same field.
You should possess excellent organizational skills as well as good communication skills. Furthermore, the ability to manage tasks as per the deadline and exceptional decision-making abilities are some of the skills which are essential for this role.

Responsibilities:
- Helping Material Planners to track orders and ensure timely deliveries by system updates.
- Update internal database with order details (dates, quantities, planning details for items).
- Maintain updated records of invoices and other contracts.
- Follow-up with suppliers, as needed, to confirm or change orders.
- Represents Purchasing for various presentations during operational meetings.
- Data Load for system updates.
- Answering the questions on various shipping and return issues.
- Coordinating between planning and purchasing/ warehouse/logistics.
- Working in collaboration with accounting department for shipping /payment issues.
- Adhering to all the health, safety, and environmental rules and regulations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree.
- Good understanding of supply chain procedures.
- Ability to manage time effectively.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Good organizational skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Tools.
- Ability to solve and manage complex problems.
- Should work in a team as well as independently.
- Excellent mathematical and analytical skills.
- A keen eye for details.
