Job Description:
Responsibilities - your mission:
The jobholder is as part of a cross divisional team, based in all divisions across 4 countries and 7 sites responsible for Procurement supplier master data management in run mode, projects and process activities. Managing Master Data and supporting Procurement Users is at the heart of the team’s activities.
The main tasks and responsibilities will include:

Manage and support projects: Set up or recover transversal supplier data projects, plan, lead and deliver those projects by applying project management standards and agile methods i.a.. These projects aim mostly to deliver high data quality through cleansing, data migrations and data reconciliations.

Maintain interfaces to the supplier master data stewards and i.a. to their key-stakeholders (e.g. Finance, Legal & Compliance, various Procurement commodities) to understand business needs and obligations

Ensure data quality with your own data literacy and organize the support of data analysts and engineers.

You also have to ensure the interface and full alignment to the product owner of our main digital solution for Supplier Master Data Management (SAP MDG solution) called “OneSupplier” and support the deployment roadmap with your functional know how.
Requirements - our ideal candidate will have:

Strong experience in projects management with classic methodology and Agile
-
At least 3 years of Supplier Master Data Management

Experience working with SAP (e.g. MM, MDG, S/4HANA)

Communication skills in addressing several external and internal partners

Experience in stakeholder management
-
Ability to work independently and efficiently
-
Team player in a multinational and cross-divisional team
-
Analytical and open to new ways of working

Demonstrated affinity to digital solutions and working with IM teams
-
english fluent / negotiation level in written and spoken. A second language (french, german, spanish) is a plus

Procurement experience is a benefit

MS Office or similar (Google Suite)
