MAP systems maintenance & connectivity multiprogram (M/F)

Job Description:

The Airbus Engineering Maintenance & Connectivity Systems MAP ("Mise Au Point") team is looking for a new team member in Systems MAP department Toulouse, France (sites : Saint-Martin, Jean-Luc Lagardère).

Your challenges:

  • Providing on A320, A330, A350, A380  engineering support on ATA23-25 (WACS, IWACS), ATA 31 (CDAU, FDIMU), ATA 45 & 46 (ASFC, OSFC, NSS platforms and applications, CMC, CFDIU, FOMAX) and ground applications for IP communication.

  • Managing engineering support on duty for flight test, FAL and delivery

  • Managing technical troubleshooting on Flight test, FAL, Flightline and Delivery aircraft.

  • Managing Flight test configuration with special instruction (SI) process.

  • Providing technical feedback to the Design Office and customer service (1YS).

  • Providing technical feedback to the customer during the delivery phase.

  • Supervising systems evolutions, upgrades and retrofits in Flight Test and FAL.

Working Environment:

  • You will be working in a team of 8 maintenance & connectivity Systems MAP specialists for the aircraft programs A320, A330, A350 and A380.

  • The Systems MAP department consists of specialists for all different aircraft Systems with which you will work in close proximity.

  • You will be following a learning path to obtain the maintenance & connectivity MAP tasks signature delegations on which you will be accompanied by a tutor.

  • Once fully delegated specialist, you will be required to do on-call support for the different programms which means that you could be consulted/contacted during standby hours 24/7 (approx. one week every four weeks) when standard troubleshooting tasks do not lead to the resolution of the issue.

Your Boarding Pass:

  • Educated to a 5-year degree level (or equivalent) in Engineering, specialising in Aeronautics Systems Engineering or connectivity.

  • Experience in A/C Systems, knowledge of maintenance & connectivity and data analytics would be an asset.

  • International mindset, good communication skills with a negotiation level of English.

L'équipe Airbus Engineering Maintenance & Connectivity Systems MAP ("Mise Au Point") recherche un nouveau membre rattaché au département Systems MAP à Toulouse, France (sites : Saint-Martin, Jean-Luc Lagardère).

Vos challenges :

  • Fournir un support technique pour les programmes A320, A330, A350, A380 sur ATA23-25 (WACS, IWACS), ATA 31 (CDAU, FDIMU), ATA 45 et 46 (ASFC, OSFC, plates-formes et applications NSS, CMC, CFDIU, FOMAX) et applications au sol pour les communications IP.

  • Gérer le support technique en astreinte pour les avions d'essais en vol, de production et les livraisons.

  • Gérer le dépannage technique des avions d'essai en vol, FAL, Flightline et Delivery.

  • Gérer la configuration pour les avions d'essais en vol avec le processus d'instruction spéciale (SI).

  • Assurer le retour d'expérience technique au bureau d'étude et au service client.

  • Fournir des analyses technique au client pendant la phase de livraison si nécessaire.

  • Superviser les évolutions, mises à niveau ou remplacement des systèmes pour les avions d'essais en vol et production.

Environnement de travail :

  • Vous travaillerez au sein d'une équipe de huit ingénieurs spécialistes MAP maintenance et connectivité pour les programmes A320, A330, A350 et A380.

  • Le département "Systems MAP" est composé de spécialistes sur les différents systèmes aéronautiques avec lesquels vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration.

  • Vous suivrez un parcours d'apprentissage pour obtenir les délégations de signature de tâches MAP maintenance & connectivité sur lesquelles vous serez accompagné par un tuteur.

  • Vous serez amené à assurer un support d'astreinte pour les différents programmes, ce qui signifie que vous pourrez être consulté/contacté sur les plages horaires 24h/24 et 7j/7 (environ une semaine toutes les cinq semaines) lorsque les tâches de dépannage standards ne débouchent pas sur à la résolution du problème.

Votre carte d'embarquement :

  • Diplômé d'un niveau BAC 5 (ou équivalent) en ingénierie, spécialisé en ingénierie des systèmes aéronautiques ou connectivité.

  • Une expérience dans les systèmes avioniques, des connaissances de maintenance, connectivité et de l'analyse de données aéronautique seraient un atout.

  • Avoir un esprit multiculturel, bonnes capacités de communication et niveau d'anglais en négociation.
