Manufacturing Engineer Gears (Level 6)

Job Description

·       Responsibilities:

 

What you will do?

 

·       Preproduction build support and issue resolution

·       Support Continuous Process Improvement Team

·       Track and respond to Change Requests & Decision Notices

·       Assist to resolve issues across PIT’s and Assembly Plants

·       Engineering Work Order follow-up

·       Launch support in the plant, including material shortage and support spills/crisis.

·       Problem Resolution Tracking System/Issue Resolution prioritization and follow up.

·       Specification interface to ensure accuracy for pre-production and productions
Plant Tryout and Production Trial Run support.

·       Validation plan development property support

·       Involvement with Technical solutions for current, new and major programs

·       Assists in developing some engineering designs, including subsystems.

·       Assists in implementing engineering changes.

·       Specifies and balances system requirements.

·       Involvement with test/development programs

·       Communicates, coordinates and consults with engineering departments and customers.

·       Stays abreast of new technology and competitive products.

·       Performs other related duties as assigned.

 

Work Appropriately

 

On site.

 

Required Qualifications:

- Mechatronic engineering, Industrial, Mnaufacturing  or related.

Knowledge of Microsoft excel, SAP,

Work team management

Experience in gears.

Intermediate-advanced English
