Tasks

  • Plans, assigns and supervises the work of an assigned team engaged in performing ABAP programming, design, testing, and debugging work for SAP modules to meet project needs, priorities, and deadlines;
  • Project Staffing based on the right skill set and demand;
  • Build effective relationships with the clients to maintain good revenue increase for the organization;
  • Coordinate with other heads of departments, integrating objectives and ideas for organizational growth;
  • Develop and code highly complex programs for SAP modules by applying advanced SAP ABAP programming, including ABAP for Web Dynpro;
  • Train and evaluate the work of assigned colleagues.

Qualifications

  • A bachelor’s degree in management information systems, computer science, computer engineering, or a closely related field;
  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in IT with strong organizational, analytical, time management skills and efficient multi-tasking capability;
  • Proven leadership skills, ability to motivate and direct staff working in IT roles;
  • Good problem-solving, prioritization and decision-making skills;
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to work effectively with staff at all levels;
  • Ability to work under pressure and with a tight schedule.

  • Start: by arrangement - always on the 1st and 15th of the month
  • Working hours: full-time (40h), 27 vacation days
  • Employment contract: Unlimited
  • Line of work: Consulting
  • Language skills: business-fluent English, C1 level
  • Flexibility & willingness to travel
  • Other: a valid work permit
