You will lead the maintenance and repair of plant equipment and facilities aligned with standard GM maintenance systems, and conduct appropriate checks and tests and communicates evaluation of results.

Habilidades Requeridas:
- Carreras afines: Ingeniería Mecánica, Ingeniería Eléctrica, Ingeniería Mecatrónica o cualquier ingeniería relacionada.
- Experiencia requerida en posiciones similares: de 1 a 3 años.
- Disponibilidad para rolar turnos (4x3).
- Nivel de Inglés: Intermedio.
- Habilidades Críticas: Conocimiento de robots Fanuc,Software de programación, Manejo de PLC, Redes, Proceso de pintado de unidades, Sistemas de combustión, Manejo de Sistema Maximo.
Habilidades Deseadas:
- Solución de problemas complejos
- Cumplimiento de metas y objetivos enfocados a resultados
- Implementación de nuevos proyectos
- Capacidad de aprendizaje de nuevas tecnologías y procesos
- Planeación y ejecución de planes a corto, mediano y largo plazo
- Administración de personal y solución de conflictos
- Habilidad de negociación para el cumplimiento de tareas
- Conocimiento Sistema Global de Manufactura
