What you'll do
Responsible for resolving on-site robot and electrical malfunctions and developing relevant professional equipment maintenance plans; Familiar with the principles and applications of various electrical software and components and provide electrical solutions to improve the reliability and maintainability of equipment operation.
Organize and implement the optimization and improvement of the robot system electrical system of the workshop, reduce operating costs and improve the stability and reliability of the system.
Develop robot and electrical equipment maintenance plans, manage robot and electrical spare parts, drawings and procedures, and implement spare parts and technical applications (model replacement, component installation and debugging, etc.).
Manage the equipment in the responsibility area, solve the on-site robot and electrical fault, and can formulate effective measures to solve the equipment problems in the responsible area to ensure the reliable operation of the equipment.
Assist in the review of electrical scheme design during the implementation of new model projects and provide effective suggestions.
Develop robot and electrical training plan for the maintenance team to assist the supervisor to complete the skill improvement of personnel.
What you'll bring
Education background: Bachelor’s degree or above, Electrical or automation major.
Experience requirements: Over 3 years of robot and electrical maintenance experience (Robot and electrical commissioning and maintenance experience is preferred).
Skill requirements:
Familiar with the PACK battery production process and relevant equipment management.
Skilled in ABB robot, Siemens PLC software (Step7/Botto) and various electrical software (Inverter, WinCC, Servo drive, etc.), the principle and application of various electrical components.
