Placing purchasing ordering and warehouse organization
- Inventory Management:
- Responsible for maintaining the inventory of spare parts and maintenance supplies,
- 5S in warehouse and preforming inventory count on regular basis
- Receiving materials from main warehouse and input label and store in maintenance system and physically move to maintenance warehouse
- Ordering of spare parts and quotations: They order spare parts by placing Purchasing requisitions in Oracle from input from low quantity system and feedback from Maintenance personnel,
- Inspections and Data Collection: They perform routine inspections of equipment to identify signs of wear and tear, potential problems, and lubrication needs. Record wear tooling life cycles and report data in appropriate way
- Basic Maintenance Tasks: They assist technicians with preventive maintenance tasks like lubricating moving parts, replacing filters, and topping up fluids. They may also help with cleaning equipment and keeping the work area organized.
- Repair Support: They assist technicians with repairs by fetching tools and materials, cleaning parts.
- Repair of components – defected and broken equipment taken out from working machines which can be repaired for second usage, resolder of electrical components (if applicable)
- Reporting: They may help prepare reports by documenting maintenance activities, logging equipment data, and reporting any identified issues.
- Training: They may help train new production workers on basic preventive maintenance tasks and help with creation of Equipment instructions
Requirements:
- Written English - B1
- Microsoft Office
- Oracle will be considered advantage (or purchasing requisition system)
- Experience with inventory warehouse management system will be advantage
