The Bobigny site, headquarters and Research and Development center of the Visibility Systems Pole (VIS), develops high-performance and innovative lighting systems that support the driver and passengers in all weather conditions, day and night, and in their various activities on board the vehicle. 

We are looking for an Training and Employee Engagement Manager M/F at Business Group level.

Your challenges :

  • Coordinate the Visibility Systems Business Group's training network in order to promote skills development for all categories of staff and at all industrial and R&D sites, in line with managers' and employees' expectations, contributing to the achievement of business objectives and operational excellence.

  • Deploy and monitor the Group's training strategy, policies, procedures and tools

  • Promote the Employee Engagement culture within the Business Group, to foster the development of employee engagement across all our businesses

  • Contribute to the training and development of learning methodologies and tools for new recruits, in cooperation with the national and Group HR teams and all positions in the VIS learning network

  • Lead the learning network in the Visibility Business Group sites

What about you ?

With at least 5 years' higher education in Human Resources or Engineering, you will have at least 10 years' professional experience, during which time you will have been involved in implementing a training policy in an international context.

Ideally, you will have experience of technical training, at site level or in the industrial or product development sector.

You are recognised for your leadership skills, your team spirit and your ability to take a step back.

Knowledge of project management, focusing on skills management, is an additional asset for this position.

Your English is fluent.
