Job Description Qualifications:

The Boeing Company is currently seeking a highly skilled Lead Technical Architect to join our Information Technology team in Seattle, WA; Renton, WA; Plano, TX; or Denver, CO.

As a Lead Architect for customer relationship management (CRM)/Salesforce solutions at the Boeing Company, you will play a pivotal leadership role in the design and sustainment of scalable, secure solutions spanning the CRM and Salesforce ecosystem for our services businesses.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Works with Product Managers to iteratively realize the product roadmap in sprints, assigning elaboration of skeleton code to developers/testers
  • Collaborates with business, technology, and supplier partners to understand their processes, goals, and challenges, and translate them into effective CRM solutions
  • Conducts thorough analysis of requirements and provide recommendations on CRM features, functionalities, and customizations
  • Works with enterprise architecture and security to position your product for long-term maintainability and scalability
  • Conducts reviews of configuration and code to ensure quality and alignment with best practices
  • Uses data to tactically streamline and improve the product development lifecycle through pipelining, DevSecOps, and automations
  • Stays up to date with the latest Salesforce and the CRM ecosystem's releases, features, and industry trends, and provide recommendations on how to leverage them to improve our CRM implementations
  • Troubleshoots and resolves complex technical issues that span multiple pods

This position is hybrid. The selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed location options. This is at the hiring team’s discretion and could potentially change in the future.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce architect architecting solutions and integrations across Salesforce platforms, with a proven track record of solution implementation for complex business requirements
  • Current advanced Salesforce certification including Architect, Developer, Consultant, Administrator, and/or Design

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in computer science or a related field
  • Experience with Salesforce's Sales, Service, Marketing, Analytics, Data, Experience, and CPQ clouds
  • Experience troubleshooting complex problems
  • Experience with multiple B2B marketing automation platforms
  • Experience in designing and implementing solutions using Apex, Visualforce, and other Salesforce development technologies
  • Experience with Salesforce integration patterns and integrating Salesforce with other systems
  • Experience explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

Typical Education & Experience:

Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 14 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience (e.g. PhD+9 years' related work experience, Master+12 years' related work experience, 18 years' related work experience, etc.).

Summary pay range: $153,00 - $207,000
