Launch Analyst

Grade C, local Nitra, temporary for 18 months

Salary:  From 1930 eur monthly, 0-15% yearly bonus, other benefits according JLR rule

 

OPPORTUNITY

 

The primary roles of the Import & Export Operations are as follows: 

•    To ensure there is a clearly defined supply chain strategy for all logistics functions to support International vehicle packing and local vehicle manufacturer programmes.

•    To ensure the supply chain strategy is aligned to both the overall Company and Manufacturing Strategies

•    To ensure robust Programme delivery and strategy execution to support a flawless Programme launch

 

 

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities

 

•    Support project delivery utilising project management techniques to ensure the delivery and achievement of planned outcomes to support the Supply Chain strategic business objectives

•    Support management of Programme Governance activity, including milestone reporting, project status reporting, financial reporting, risk and issue management, and Project KPI’s (metrics) to senior management and stakeholders.

•    Liaison with Procurement to ensure logistics factors are fully included in all sourcing decisions and Supplier Commercial set up

•    Development of Supplier Readiness working alongside IT and Procurement

•    Bill Of Material Management for in market launches 

•    End to end checks for sequenced suppliers and on-boarding as required. 

•    Represent KD Packshop Team in any Programme reviews as required

•    Ability to apply detailed Problem-solving techniques and structured approach to issues management from identification, through to robust containment and root cause (Permanent Corrective Action).

•    Document and action Programme lessons learnt for Supply Chain

 

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

 

•    Ideally Degree qualified but not essential

•    Previous experience in a similar role within supply chain logistics with a track record of delivery.

•    Analytical skills with the ability to evaluate complex data and evidence and provide recommendations and/or required interventions to support activities.

•    Advanced user of Microsoft Office Suite with a greater emphasis on experience of using Excel to provide timely and accurate data to the business.

•    Ability to manage risks and issues.

•    Excellent spoken and written English and Slovakian
