Labor Relations Supervisor (Level 7)

Job Description

You will provide dedicated insight and counsel to manufacturing leaders on all labor and employee relations issues.
- You will partner closely with the manufacturing staff and plant leadership team to provide agreements that enable the company to continue to grow and transform.
- You will effectively partner with all functional internal partners.
- You have demonstrated successful negotiation and influencing skills.
- You have established relationship skills with the ability to collaborate with and engage multiple internal partners to achieve positive outcomes through persuasion and influence.

Additional Job Description

Requerimientos de la posición:

  • Carreras afines: Administración, psicología o cualquier carrera afín.
  • Experiencia requerida en posiciones similares: de 4 a 6 años.
  • Disponibilidad para rolar turnos (4x3, 5x2, 6x1).
  • Nivel de Inglés: Avanzado.
  • Habilidades Críticas: Comunicación efectiva, liderazgo, solución de problemas.
  • Conocimiento y manejo paquete Microsoft Office.

Habilidades y Experiencia Deseadas:

  • Experiencia en trabajo con sindicatos, estrategias para retención de personal y ausentismo.
  • Conocimiento y experiencia relevante como supervisor de relaciones laborales de 4 a 6 años en la industria.
  • Manejo de personal a su cargo, liderazgo y toma de decisiones.
