Job Description:
Treasury: 80% Responsible for Accounts Payable/Receivable in managing, designing and ensuring the compliance with accounts payable and receivable processes, including: Accounts Pay •Invoice verification (for example, comparing invoice charges against orders of purchase, verifying that the goods and services purchased have been received, confirmation of purchase authorization) •Payment authorization and processing •Accounts payable assistant reconciliation to identify improper charges, validate transactions, and ensure accurate payment and timely payment of the amounts due Collection: 20% • Generation of Accounts Receivable Invoices and verification of credit approval the client's • Processing payments and applying customer balances, including reconciliation of cash payments to customer accounts • Analysis and reporting of accounts receivable aging
