Job Description:
Airbus Commercial Aircraft is looking for an IT Project Manager (f/m) to join our Information Management Department based in Toulouse, France.
As an IT Project Manager, you will join the digital team dedicated to Airbus Customer Services. The team's mission is to deliver innovative IT solutions that support their digital transformation and efficient operations in front of our Airlines customers.
In this frame, we are looking for a Project Manager in order to drive IT solutions developments for Customer Services department, dealing with Aircraft Technical Data.
The main responsibility is to understand the Technical Data landscape and objectives and lead the corresponding IT Solutions Portfolio / Project in line with Enterprise Architecture, Airbus IT strategy and objectives.
The first project you will be in charge of will be dedicated to scheduled maintenance.
Your challenges:

With the Business stakeholders, identify, structure and prioritize the needs for new and improved services

Manage the applications portfolio, from day to day operations to incremental evolutions

With the supply chain, organize delivery activities (from detailed specifications to development)

Define continuous ways of collaborating and bringing digital initiatives to the community

Lead the scoping of the applications for its MVP (Minimum Viable Product) and future releases (collect of the need, arbitration on priorities, …) ensuring to reach the consensus with stakeholders,

Coordinate and contribute to the solutions implementation

Monitor daily applications issues and propose corrections and improvements

Organize Project major milestones in line with IM Quality plan

Contribute to the future of Technical Data within Technical Data Modernization programme
Your boarding pass:

At least 5-year experience in IT Project Management

Risk based approach and ability to manage escalation process

Excellent communication skills with the ability to synthesizing complex information

Good autonomy and ability to work in complex environment (unexpected changes, scope unclear)

Team Player and collaborative mind-set
-
Knowledge on Aircraft Technical Data/Documentation on Maintenance, Engineering will be well appreciated
Language skills:
Advanced level in French and advanced level in English.
