IT Computer Operations Specialist

The Computer Operations Specialist is responsible for working on the lifecycle of large and complex projects, and collaborating with the user in order to achieve success, through a track record of professionalism and excellence in all aspects of the experience.

This role will be based in the Botevgrad facility and responsible for supporting our 3 sites in Bulgaria (Botevgrad, Sofia and Plovdiv)

General Responsibilities
• Key participant in performing routine tasks, that are commonly associated with operating a computer in accordance with detailed instructions
• Organizes on-site and virtual desktop support to business with PC Hardware/software needs
• Collaborates, develops and communicates technical, systems and application standards and ensures compliance with existing standards
• Key participant in the maintenance of systems through completing documentation for testing and validation
• Performs post-implementation support, identifying root cause with strategic solutions to problems
• Works with vendors to analyze and troubleshoot solutions
• Identify new solutions and services for the desktop support team that align with business objectives
• Key participant in the training of fellow desktop administrators in organizational processes

Experience / Qualifications
• A university degree required (i.e. Bachelors degree) or equivalent relevant work experience.

• Resilience - Ability to work under pressure and prioritize

- Valid driver's license;

- Ability to commute to our production sites in Plovdiv and Botevgrad on demand;

- Availability to cooperate with urgent matters outside regular working hours.
