Job Description:
An opportunity for an IT Application Manager for Sourcing and General Procurement Product (SAP) has arisen within Airbus Commercial, Getafe (Madrid). The selected candidate will join the Sourcing and General Procurement Product Team.
Under the DIGITAL organization, you will work within the Procurement Product Service Line for Sourcing and General Procurement products: SAP. This product team is responsible to deliver, maintain, support IM landscape & Digital solutions to ensure for Direct Procurement the supplier selection, the Contract Lifecycle Management, the Supplier Master Data Management and for General Procurement the Source to Order.
It includes Source Visibility with analytics and reporting.
The team is in contact with all Airbus functions at group level. The main stakeholders are in Procurement and Finance functions.
You will report functionally & hierarchically to the Sourcing and GP product manager.
RESPONSIBILITIES
The main responsibilities and activities on this position are:
Leads the IT Application(s) (SAP) or Service MFT team in order to manage the IT Application(s) or Service lifecycle, both developing the products/services and operating them to meet operational SLA's
Responsible for Continuous Release Management
Ensures the participation of an End User Advocate with understanding of users and use, and a ensures solutions that best serves both
Ensures that the known Application (SAP) or Service vision is translated into a prioritized backlog in alignment with the business product owner
Supports the end-users for services in operation,
Defines chargeback models for their respective IT Application(s) or Services
Defines and go-to-market of the product and service (line)

Education: degree level + studies related with SAP

Experience: Minimum years of professional experience in SAP: 3 years

Soft skills: Customer Oriented, Autonomy, experience in Managing transnational and trans-domain initiatives, experience in agile methodology and SAFe, know how to involve and engage others.

Languages: fluent in Spanish advanced level in English. Advanced level in French is helpful

Technical knowledge: Project Management, IT & Business Strategy Alignment, Design IT Product, Good knowledge in both functional and technical domain of SAP, in particular ABAP Development, IDOC technology, SAP Business Partner Management, spec writing documentation.

Functional skills and experience in following domains would be a plus: Procurement, Supplier Master Data management, Business Partner management, Module MM, Knowledge of support processes, ITIL

Valuable / Nice to have: understanding of Airbus Procurement organization & people network
