The Role
We are seeking an experienced individual for a fast paced position. Our business changes rapidly and adaptability is a key component to a successful leader within our organization.   He/she must be a quick learner, process driven, proficient with computers, maintain a positive attitude, and work well within a team setting. 

 

What the Role Includes:

-Schedule installations with lender, dealer, direct customers

-Work in various websites and programs/softwares

-Speak with various people within the organization including managers, installers, customers, etc.

-Ability to handle multiple conversations at one time with multiple people

-Perform all other duties as assigned

-Remain highly knowledgeable of Solera product and service offerings.

Education and Experience

-Drive to build and strengthen relationships with our direct customers

-Excellent verbal communication skills

-Team player with good interpersonal and problem-solving skills

-Intelligent, driven, competitive, strong work ethic, high level of integrity

-Strong working knowledge of MS Office applications and internet navigation
