Position Overview

Autodesk is looking for a dynamic Sales Leader with sound business acumen, natural sales instincts and technical skills to lead our expansion plan of Product Design and Manufacturing (MFG) sectors in main regions of EMEA Emerging Markets.

Your understanding of distribution networks, sales approach, and a track record in driving business transformation will help achieve our goals.

You will report to Director of Sales.

This role is hybrid—you can use our office spaces but are not required to come in a specific number of days per week. You may occasionally attend an office-based meeting or workshop.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the activities in key regions and accounts for D&M
  • Focus on exceeding assigned quotas by leveraging partners to fulfil customer needs
  • Develop sales and marketing industry strategies and programs, including product launches, trade shows, channel development events, and customer forums. Will require collaboration with others not reporting to this job
  • Execute strategies to generate incremental new business as well as maintains and maximizes existing revenue stream
  • Deliver timely and accurate forecasting and pipeline management
  • Ensure CRM tools and Autodesk methodologies are leveraged to process and track opportunities
  • Promote a team culture that embraces Autodesk's values
  • Establish and sustain effective long-term customer relationships
  • Provide insight to internal organizations on market direction, customer needs, product requirements and business opportunities
  • Encourage innovation by exchanging new ideas to improve operation and efficiency within sales and the supporting organizations

Minimum Qualifications

  • Executive selling and relationship experience
  • Experience in B2B sales within a technology environment
  • Track-record in managing and growing global accounts
  • D&M industry experience
  • Proficiency in both Turkish (native language) and English

Other Qualifications

  • 5+ years experience leading a successful business around complex business solutions
  • Channel sales experience
  • Familiarity with Salesforce.com and other commonly used Sales and Marketing productivity tools
  • Willingness and ability to travel to South Africa quarterly
