Industrial Planner

Job Description:

You will be responsible for:

  • Deploy Production Plan to keep an integrated Production Schedule of all projects in Tres Cantos shopfloor.
  • Regular exchange with the different sections of the Advance Electronics Production and with the Industrial Management Team planner, to get update of project schedules w.r.t production, perform Schedule simulations and analysis, and consolidate the Production Plan.
  • Maintain the operational excellence and ensure the customer (projects) satisfaction by contributing to Operations delivering electronic modules on time, on cost, on quality.
  • Work in close coordination and develop a collaborative relationship with other units within Electronic Equipment Industrial Management & Plant Stock.
  • Propose and deploy improvements of the processes and tools related to Production Planning.
  • Deploy the Airbus Defence & Space quality policy (Quest), make Lean a mindset, develop synergies between production sites, share best practices.
  • Guarantee application of working methods and processes, ensure success of the annual audits (EN9100, ISO14001) and of any other process audits.
  • Act as reference for Production Planning issues.

REQUIREMENTS

Education: Degree in Engineering

Experience:

  • Less than 5 years
  • Proven experience in a similar position, preferably in production of electronic boards/units
  • Knowledge of generic IT tools.
  • Knowledge in ERP concept and tools.
  • Knowledge in specific IT tools used in planning: Excel/Primavera/MSProject.
  • Experience in use of SAP will be highly valued.
