Job Description:
An opportunity for an IM Solution Owner on Export Control Dashboard and Reporting (f/m) has arisen within Airbus Commercial, Getafe (Madrid).
The job holder will join our IM Corporate Office and Legal team (DMGC) which is part of Corporate Services domain which mission is to deliver innovative IT solutions that support digital transformation and efficient operations of Airbus Corporate Services, such as Facilities and Real Estate Management, Security, Communication, Legal, Sustainability… and also deliver and operate Long Term Archiving services to ensure our company compliance with information retention policy.
As part of the IM Legal Product team, the job holder will support Airbus Legal Function on Export Control business capabilities.
As a Solution Owner, the job holder will have an end-to-end accountability :

Strategy definition in line with company / IM objectives, roadmap definition, solution delivery, bug fixing (L2/L3 support), application monitoring, daily support, application retirement

Increased end-to-end team accountability, including solution and/or service performance (operational and financial)
The job holder will contribute to one of our key 2024/2025 challenge, the Export Control Compliance Program (ECCP):

Main application the job holder will be responsible for:

Export Control Reporting : The job holder will be end to end accountable for all tools supporting export control reporting:

Produce and support Export Control hypervision to support Divisional Head of Export Control

Support tools dedicated to export control reporting processes (including programme deployment, remediation of all applications…)

Export Control Dashboarding : the job holder will be end to end accountable for all tools supporting export control dashboarding:

Based on analytics platform your dashboard will ensure data at a glance such as classification tangible and intangible or asset management

Scope: Airbus divisions (Civil Aircraft, Helicopters, Defence and Space) and subsidiaries
RESPONSIBILITIES
The jobholder will be responsible for:

Managing stakeholders, establish a long term relationship and collaborate to the definition of product and service vision and roadmap, aligned with the Business strategy

Making real and implements the commitments taken at Business level , aligned with the targeted product performance (delivery in TCQ, Business Value Creation, operational efficiency…), in compliance with IM Enterprise architecture and overall governance standards and principles

Managing budget and total cost of ownership (TCO) for the solution. Ensure financials targets are met
-
Gaining and maintaining knowledge of technology enablers and market best practices related to the solution. Drive innovation

Defining the projects framework using Agile/SAFe methods

Education: Computer science, Engineer, IT related degree or a related discipline.
