Are you experienced in the delivery of improvements relating to HR systems/applications such as SAP/Workday?
Our reward operations team are looking to add to their team due to an internal move, seeking someone with diagnostics and configuration skills on SAP and Workday while also having good stakeholder management/communication skills.
This role will also oversee a number of small projects within the team, so any project leadership experience or methodologies would be advantageous to have.
HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE TO THE TEAM

Working as part of the Reward Operations (HR, Payroll and Time) team in the UK, your role will be to ensure swift and robust delivery of system improvements relating to HR Applications (SAP and Workday) through local coordination and global liaison.

Support and lead on HR Application initiatives within Reward Operations.

The role will need to deliver evolutions as well as project work packages that you are responsible for in addition to advising, supporting, proactively informing and training your key stakeholders as required.

The role will require a blend of skill sets outlined here: 40% SAP HR diagnosis and configuration, 20% local Workday coordination and configuration, 20% stakeholder support and 20% project management.

Ensure at all times that activities are carried out in accordance with internal processes, legislation and Data Protection Act (GDPR) guidelines.
ABOUT YOU
-
Extensive knowledge and experience in SAP HR (Payroll & Time), ABAP and Webdynpro.

Have a background in project management (AGILE methodology would be preferable) with both a practical understanding and experience of HR processes and practices.

Preferred knowledge and experience of HCM Workday.

Be experienced in change management and autonomous ways of working.

Have excellent communication skills in English.

Ability to understand complex development challenges and explain to stakeholders of mixed technical or digital understanding.
