We are looking for an HR Recruitment Administrative to join our Airbus GBS in Lisbon!

Responsibilities - your mission

We are now looking for a HR Recruiter Administrative to join our team in the GBS and help us find the best talent to join Airbus.
You will be part of the Recruitment Sourcing & Administration team. Among our growing responsibilities, we support the recruitment process for Early Careers Programmes in the UK, and manage referral schemes within Airbus core countries (UK, Spain, France and Germany).

Your main tasks and responsibilities will include:

Refer a Friend:
Manage this referral program by checking eligibility of referrals for payment by:

  • Extracting monthly report from the system and updating internal trackers;

  • Providing accurate information to Rewards Operations teams for payment;

  • Managing the shared mailbox and answering any queries related to Refer a Friend

Recommend an Early Talent

  • Extract monthly report from the system and update internal trackers;

  • Manage referrals from Hiring Manager;

  • Conduct screening calls and admin tasks for new referrals;

  • Attend meetings with Talent Acquisition partners to pitch on referred candidates;

  • Be aware of new entry level positions and match referred candidates to those positions;

  • Manage shared mailbox with any queries related to Refer a Friend

General activities:

  • Support continuous improvement of the processes;

  • Provide data analysis reporting & surveys.

Other possible activities:
Support administrative recruitment activities such as briefing calls, screening of candidates, interview scheduling, support on assessment centers and providing feedback to candidates and internal stakeholders.

Requirements - our ideal candidate will have:

  • At least 2 years of previous experience with recruitment or Human resources related activities;

  • Intermediate knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets is mandatory;

  • English at Negotiation level is a must. Any other European language is a plus.

  • Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn the usage of new tools, such as Workday, Data Studio, Google Workspace and others.

  • Bachelor Degree ideally related to Human Resources, Business or equivalent, but not essential.

  • Experience working in an international/multicultural environment is an advantage.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills: Think of different ways to improve processes and tasks.

  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment and handle multiple tasks.

  • Team player but willing to take individual responsibility for their own perimeter.

  • Excellent communication and influencing skills
