Airbus Commercial Aircraft is looking for a Head of Repair & Warranty Americas to join our Information Management team, based in Herndon, VA.

Your challenges:
- You need to be a very strong leader, a subject matter expert, and possess a genuine likeness for people from all over the world
- You’re a change management champion. Big change or small change, you can bring people together.
- Possessing knowledge of component repair, leasing tools, selling tools for GSE and repair, and selling complete tool packages to airlines would be a plus
- You have amazing communication skills; listening, written, and spoken

Your boarding pass:
- College Degree in business administration/management and 5+ years of work experience
- Experience in airline and/or MRO operations
- Excellent practice on Google and/or MS office and working knowledge of SAP
- Sound knowledge of spares and logistics processes and Airbus Services
- Knowledge of civil aviation requirements and rules and Airbus documentation
- Knowledge about the product management discipline
- Proven track record to meet and exceed profitability targets consistently
- Strong business acumen
