WHAT TO EXPECT
You will be a member of the propulsion system integration team required to lead the BEV Powerpack to deliver our propulsion systems of the future for our world class portfolio of products. You will have extensive ideas and strategies that foster an environment of collaboration and creativity. You will have an entrepreneurial mindset and real-world experience, distilling business value and goals into roadmaps and refined product backlogs.
Key accountabilities & responsibilities:
- Set and drive delivery direction (for the squad) through prioritisation of work by being the central decision maker for priorities based on business and customer impact.
- Collaborating closely with key stakeholders in own Group (POs, GL), other Groups & customers
- Establish/Facilitate/Participate in key agile ceremonies including showcases across co-located & virtual teams.
- Owns and manages the product backlog
- Supports the squad in removing impediments
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
As the Hardware Propulsion Systems Integration Lead you will need to have engineering knowledge of BEV Propulsion systems and system integration experience
- Highly organised, disciplined, flexible and self-motivated.
- Experience of managing projects & backlogs in tools such as Confluence & JIRA.
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum/DevOps methodologies.
- Ability to manage projects across diverse teams and an ability to juggle multiple priorities.
- Decisive, able to make decisions that set direction of the team independently
