Job Description:

We are seeking a talented Group Product Manager to join our Project Management group in Tel Aviv. 
This role requires a combination of leadership in product management, strong business and technical acumen, exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication and facilitation skills.

As a Group Product Manager, you will lead the strategic planning and execution of innovative products that align with our business goals. You'll develop and prioritize yearly and quarterly plans, drive awareness of business metrics, and ensure alignment with strategic objectives. Engaging with customers and internal teams, you'll gather and synthesize requirements, identify pain points, and develop optimal solutions in collaboration with engineering, design, and business teams. You'll maintain a comprehensive roadmap, manage and mentor a team of product managers, and perform hands-on product management as needed. Your role will also involve facilitating global research initiatives and leveraging APIs and UI components to integrate customizable workflows across our portfolio.

Responsibilities:

 • Understand our strategic position to deliver innovative products that align with our business strategy.

• Strategize, ideate, detail, and prioritize deliveries and initiatives, demonstrating their alignment with our business strategy and value to our users.

• Develop and maintain the roadmap for both customer- and internal-facing features.

• Act as an evangelist for your products, driving awareness, defining and understanding business metrics, and course-correcting as needed.

• Communicate prioritization to leadership and other stakeholders, driving consensus on the path forward for initiatives and features.

 • Gather and synthesize requirements and input from multiple stakeholders, including customers, engineers, user experience designers, sales, business operations, industry strategy, consulting, customer engagement, and customer support.

 • Work closely with engineering, design, and business team members on business cases, product requirements, development, launch, and adoption.

• Manage, recruit, enable, and mentor a team of successful product managers.

• Develop and manage goals and success metrics for your team and products.

• If needed perform hands-on product management work alongside your team.

Minimum Requirements:

• 6 years of experience as a Product Manager in the software industry, with experience in developing cloud solutions and collaborating with engineering and product design to deliver solutions that simplify complex processes.

• 2 years of leadership experience, including hiring and managing teams.

• BA/BSc in Engineering, Software, or a related field.

• Ability to drive clear decisions and proactively communicate with all stakeholders.

• Team player with a collaborative nature.

• Technical fluency, understanding and discussing architectural concepts, schedule tradeoffs, and new opportunities with technical team members.

• Persuasive, encouraging, and motivating at all levels of interaction.

• Self-starter with the initiative to take high-level direction and drive teams towards execution.

• Excellent English language skills.

• Willingness to travel to meet internal stakeholders and customers abroad.

• Experience analyzing customer needs and workflows, identifying gaps and solutions, and working on complex system integration projects.

 • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interfacing with customers and internal stakeholders, including fellow product managers, product designers, technical writers, engineers, sales, consulting, customer success, training, and product marketing.

• Passion for solving customers’ problems with fast, solid, and innovative solutions.

• Ability to embrace ambiguity and change, find patterns in divergent inputs, simplify the complex, create clarity, and drive fast and hard to alignment and execution.

• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build strong data-driven arguments, prioritize with business strategy in mind, and evangelize projects to build mindshare and consensus.

Advantages:

• Familiarity or background in the construction or architectural space is a huge advantage, but not a must.
