Global Sales Operations: General Manager in charge of JPN/ASEAN and AMIEO (Deputy General Manager)

<職務内容/Main Tasks>
Team Mission & Activities
Lead the Global Sales Ops (GSLS) JAPAN, ASEAN and AMIEO teams to be a liaison between Global Sales and the regions and ensure implementation of GSLS strategy.
Clearly communicate GSLS strategy and assist regions with implementation
Share best practices from across the globe to assist regions improve their Sales Operations
Assess risk & opportunity of regional sales performance to ensure optimal performance

The Role of This Position
Lead the exercise of reviewing sales performance (i.e., retail sales, market share, wholesale) and Quality of Sales. Provide direction and insights to your team to assist them in providing the most beneficial evaluation.
Provide input to Div GM in the development of global standards & guidelines. Lead the deployment of these standards & guidelines to the regions and advise regions on implementation.
Lead the analytical exercise of preparing business reports and providing insights to support optimal decision making by top management.

<登録資格( 経験/資格など )/Skills and Experience Required>
■MUST
Has an advanced knowledge of the automotive industry in the JAPAN/ASEAN and/or AMIEO
Advanced regional sales operation experience to guide and coach the Glocal Sales Division team members (min 5 years)
Leadership ability to lead a diverse, muti-cultural team to achieve multiple global objectives
Strong executive presence, with experience making executive level presentations

自動車業界経験:必須/Experience of the car industry:Requierd
■TOEIC:Business-level fluency in English (TOEIC 800+)
