Your Role
Using your skills and experience in this position, you will
- Be a valued and important contributor in delivering financial transparency and analysis that will strengthen the foundation for executing business plans and decision making in the plant / region.
- Prepare budgets, forecast and strategic planning and help securing that budget or forecast with initiatives and action plans.
- Prepare actual closing on Manufacturing and other plant related costing, and perform deep-dived variance analysis with forecast.
- Assist Finance manager to drive plant performance and compliance.
- Prepare management review package .
- Quick response to any ad-hoc reporting material required
Your Background
Prerequisites for this role
- Overall financial sense, good sensitivity on figure.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in foreign company, 2-3 years’ experience in FP&A function.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Good communication skills, fluence English, CET-6.
- Excellent office software especially proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
Nice to haves (preferred qualifications)
- SAP experience is preferred.
- Team player with positive attitude.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure.
