In order to support the Offer Management and Administration Department, Airbus Aerostructure GmbH is looking for a 

Finance Offer Manager (d/f/m)

You will have the opportunity to experience two entities as we act as Offer Management for Airbus Aerostructures and Premium Aerotec at the same time. 

Commercial contract management is our passion and we live in tune with our Airbus values to support internal and external customers with excellent Commercial Support. 

The end to end process of creation of offers, negotiations and invoicing for commercial and military, internal and external customers is our generic and systematic responsibility. 

We are facing a transformation of Digitalisation and Integration in our Operations and Finance Team and looking for fresh eyes, clever thoughts and diverse people inspired by this journey. 

Your location

You will be working at the largest production site for civil aircraft situated in Hamburg. Its location on the southern banks of the river Elbe includes the option to commute by ferry. Your tasks and responsibilities

  • Drive offer process and create quotations for goods and services for Airbus Aerostructures and Premium Aerotec

  • secure contract management process up to the invoicing

  • Support operative functions in preparation of contracts with customers

  • Collaboration with Finance IT transformation teams in order to foster process harmonization and IT transformation

  • Check and accept/adjust Customer Purchase Order

  • Foster Internal commercial procession of the order

Desired skills and qualifications

  • Educated to degree level (or equivalent) in business economics, industrial engineering or a related discipline. - 

  • Finance and Controlling experience, good numerical sense. 

  • Good networker having ease to open and build up new contacts.

  • Autonomous working style and self-confident appearance. 

  • Good knowledge in SAP CO

  • Language Skills: Negotiation level of English
