Extended Enterprise Project Manager (m/f)

Job Description:

Airbus Helicopters is looking for an Extended Enterprise Project Manager (f/m) to join our Information Management Department based in Marignane, France.

The Product Service Line "Extended Enterprise" participates actively to these challenges, providing Extended Enterprise solutions which enable Airbus Helicopters Suppliers, Partners, Customers and employees to access AH Information Systems & services from their premises, in-line with stringent commitments on service level agreements and Security company policies.

Within the "IM Infrastructures & Digital Platforms" domain, you belong to the multifunctional team of the Extended Enterprise Product Service Line. You will be welcomed in a dynamic and empowered team, where team work and solidarity are key values!

As Extended Enterprise Project Manager, in close collaboration with business and im stakeholders, you  manage the Extended Enterprise projects, you act as focal point for the Extended Enterprise project activity and as the scrummaster of the Extended Enterprise PSL.

Scope (main activities, IM products, IM services)

The main activities are related to end-to-end Extended Enterprise business projects aiming to deliver an End to End Extended Enterprise complete solution to our Suppliers, Partners, customers, Airbus Group and Airbus Helicopters users.

As Extended Enterprise project manager, you are accountable for the delivery of the following IM services:

Business consulting:

-Support Business in the definition of the activity to be externalized and the associated use cases in the frame of their make or buy strategy.

Extended Enterprise solutions design:

-Support EE PSL architect solution during the definition of the appropriate Extended Enterprise solution to address business requirements

-Support in the delivery of POC

Projects:

-Lead and contribute to the implementation, the acceptance and the run organization of the complete EE solution with a high level of coordination expected in regards to all stakeholders within applicable constraints from time, scope, cost and quality and to customer satisfaction

To reach these objectives you have a key role of coordinator and facilitator working closely with all the IM and business stakeholders while ensuring their good level of contribution.

Your challenges:

In general the tasks for the position are: 

  • Receive and evaluate the demand from the business departments, set-up project organization

  • Analysis and detailed specification of business requirements 

  • Define project milestones, track progress to reach milestones as planned

  • Management of project including contribution to the specification and development phase

  • Manage cross-divisional network of project stakeholders including suppliers 

  • Manage collaboration between project stakeholders coming from different disciplines / locations

  • Update of all required information with the corresponding AH tools according to AH project methodology and processes 

As focal point for the Extended Enterprise project activity: 

You have a key role in the overall Extended Enterprise governance acting as a leader with all IM and business representatives for all the project activity. 

Depending on the volume of project portfolio covering all business activities, you animate and support a team of Extended Enterprise IM Project Leaders fostering the collaboration with the business project leaders and  ensuring a consolidated follow-up of the overall project activity.

As scrum master of the Extended Enterprise PSL:

You are in charge of the preparation, the follow-up and the animation of the associated agile ceremonies,

You are helping team members to self-organize and work cross-functionally to better manage their delivery and maximize their efficiency while using the agile framework and while contributing to the framework evolution when relevant.

You are also contributing to the different Airbus Group, AH business and IM trains as soon as there are interactions with Extended Enterprise activity.

Your main interfaces will be:

- AH IM organization: Technology services Product Service Lines (in particular Connectivity, Digital Workplace, Identity & Access Management, Hosting, Cloud&Automation), Applications and Security departments,

- AH Business: Methods & Tools and Business contracts representatives,

- AH Security Corporate

- AH Export control

- Airbus Helicopters Customer Centers (22 subsidiaries all around the world)

- All other Airbus division

 

Your profile:

As the successful candidate you will be able to demonstrate some of the following skills and competencies:

- Master's degree level (or equivalent) in Information Technology or related field.

-Advanced knowledge in project management (certification) with more than 10 years experience in delivering both agile & waterfall projects as accountable project manager 

-Openness, service mindedness, mindset of welcome problems, conflicts resolution, communication and organizational skills

- Good understanding of business requirements, customer service oriented and focus on quality deliverables.

-Able to Engage and motivate the people (involved and stakeholders / customers) to promote Self-reflection, Self-management, Communication and Teamwork. 

- Strong knowledge of IT basic principles such as infrastructures, architectures, application landscape

- Partner & Subcontractor Management, 

- Team spirit and accountability are key values for this job position.
