This is your chance to join us as we are looking for an EXPERIENCED PARTS ADVISOR for our busy Southampton dealership. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of the automotive sector and DMS systems such as Pinnacle.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction and retain existing custom
  • Meeting and greeting customers coming into the parts department
  • Ordering, booking parts, invoicing and taking payments
  • Managing parts stock
  • Liaising with the workshop, service advisors and customers
  • Providing quotations

Essential Skills/Experience

  • Retail / administration / reception experience
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Currently work for a dealer or motor parts factor
  • Knowledge and experience of car parts
  • A good telephone manner - enjoy building relationships with customers
  • Flexible working approach / good team player
