Job Description:
Airbus Helicopters is looking for an Experienced Engineer NC Programmer (m/) to join our Mechanical Center of Excellence in Marignane, France, on an expatriate assignment at our production center in Gyula, Hungary.
This position will be based in Hungary, under local contract, with specific expatriation conditions for a period of 2 years.
The DUMAG (Delivery Unit Hungary) project concerns the establishment of an aerospace cluster in Hungary, located in Gyula (south-east Hungary), thanks to the creation of an Airbus Helicopters plant for the production of high-precision mechanical components.

Your challenges:
• Ensure the development of digital continuity (3Dx, post-processing, simulation).
• Define NC programs according to engineering/manufacturing specifications.
• Specify jigs and tools, run numerical simulations, validate and optimize NC programs.
• Develop, test and integrate the NC program in the distribution system (DNC) or on the machine under the supervision of the production line or workshop.
• Participate in demonstration trials with work preparation, quality and production.
• Implement a new process requirement (or improvement), engineering model or manufacturing design (materials, tolerances, jigs, digital mock-up).
• Carry out manufacturing feedback (maturity history, previous similar programs).
• Expected results: NC programs and technical instructions (instruction sheet, SOI, simulation test) for CNC manufacturing processes.
Your profile:
• 10 years minimum in industry related to metallic aeronautical mechanical parts
• Experienced inIndustrialization of metallic part/ NC machines / Aeronautical standards
• Knowledge in Microsoft Office (Excel, World, PowerPoint) , SAP, CAD/CAM, Catia, Siemens controller)
• Technical expertise :tools, frameworks, regulations
• Ability to work in an international & multicultural environment,
• Capacity to analyze, to propose solutions in a synthetic way,
• Autonomy and rigor to apply and follow standards,
• Ability to build working relationship across multiple disciplines,
• Capacity to anticipate risks and difficulties
• Good communication skills
• Willingness and ability to teach
