Job Responsibilities
- Perform LQA audits of logistics processes to verify compliance with the specifications defined in Nissan's quality manuals: AQIM, LTSM, AVES.
- Audit the finished product in its different stages in the logistics process to ensure the quality of origin for our customers.
- Fill out and document in due time and in the correct form the process checklist as evidence of the audit of the processes and products.
- Issuance of Ichigen list to follow up on the countermeasures of the findings found in the different stages of the logistics process.
- Follow-up of countermeasures generated by logistics suppliers.
- Generation of key indicators: LQA score and Damage Ratio.
- Validate the effectiveness of the countermeasures taken and the continuation of the logistical process under containment measures.
- F-AVES training for logistics suppliers.
- Measuring inspector evaluation results
Job Knowledge and Skills:
- Knowledge in conducting process and product audits.
- High defect detection capability.
- Work team
- Computer skills: Microsoft Office (Advanced Excel)
Years of Experience:
- 1 to 2 years of experience as a quality inspector or auditor.
Education
- High School or TSU Level: Quality Systems
