ERP23 AP Technology Specialist Roles

Job Description:

As a Technology Specialist for SAP Roles and Authorizations you will be part of a growing international SAP team in Airbus Defence and Space. Our accountability is to manage roles, authorization and user management activities across countries while driving harmonization and simplification activities and supporting projects on their needs. Our team experience is based on wide range of different areas with several years of knowledge on SAP role concepts and authorizations, development and non-SAP areas. Our goal is to exchange knowledge and experiences and continuously implement improvements the strengthen ourselves and our company.

Your activities will be to analyze existing roles, providing harmonization proposals based on existing concepts or new concepts to meet customer requirements, implementation of roles as well as improving role concepts, authorization issues analysis and fixing for projects and services.

As a summary, your tasks and responsibilities are:

  • Role Analysis and harmonization

  • Definition and update of Business role concepts in alignment with the roles team

  • Implementation of technical roles in the frame of a business role concept

  • Project and Service support to consult the business on their demands

  • Authorization issue analysis and resolution

  • Audit support activities

  • Supporting the implemented change management process and its improvement

We need smeone who can bring the following skills:

  • Several years of experience in the technical and functional area of SAP Role Management and Authorizations (mandatory)
    • technical creation / updated of roles and authorization objects
    • ability to understand functional requirements, transfer into concepts / design documents and consultancy 
  • Several years of experience on SAP ECC6 and S4H  (mandatory), SAP Cloud, BW (would be good)
  • Several years of experience on GRC or Security Weaver (would be good)
  • Experience to manage huge SAP Landscapes across countries (would be good)
  • Experiences in FIORI (would be good)
  • Access Management HANA databases (would be good / willingness to grow)
  • ITIL-Certification (would be good)
  • Analytical, results-oriented and solution-oriented
  • Spanish, fluent in english
