Perform a wide variety of technical activities to install, diagnose, repair and maintain production equipment in optimal conditions of safety and functionality, applying corrective, predictive and preventive maintenance procedures to achieve the company's productivity objectives.
1. Installation and uninstallation of manufacturing equipment.
2. Diagnostic and repair tasks of various production equipment including electrical test and automated equipment, following the best LOTO safety practices and minimizing downtime due to equipment breakdown.
3. Continuously improve processes, reduce cycle times
4. Reduce false rejections in equipment controlled by PLCs and high-level "software" (Labview, Visual Basic, etc.)
5. Design and automate processes ("hardware and software")
6. Quote and order critical parts of test and automated equipment
7. Perform preventive and predictive maintenance tasks to keep the equipment in optimal conditions.
8. Work together with Maintenance and Manufacturing Engineers to identify improvements to equipment to increase its availability and/or productivity.
9. Carry out training for production personnel in the use, setup and autonomous maintenance of production equipment.
10. Participate in continuous improvement events to improve the performance of production teams.
11. Carry out different auxiliary administrative activities to control the documentation of predictive and preventive maintenance, as well as their scheduling and monitoring.
12. Know and apply the policies and procedures applicable to your position of the Quality Systems, Environmental Management System, Health and Hygiene and Occupational Safety Management System and any other system that the company requires for its operation.
Minimum 1 year in similar position
Technical Career in Mechatronics, Electromechanics or related
