Job Description Qualifications:

The Boeing Company is currently seeking an Entry-Level Staff Analyst to join the Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) team in Renton, WA.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Effectively plan what is to be achieved and involve all relevant stakeholders for internal and external engagement to the EHS function

  • Anticipate important or critical events, identifying resource requirements and assigning responsibility for specific work, including deadlines and performance expectations

  • Demonstrate the use of information -gathering techniques, analyzing situations and identifying implications in order to make correct decisions

  • Demonstrate ability to monitor progress and to make changes as required

  • Assists with the review, development and implementation of organizational plans

  •  Assists with the analysis of internal and external practices

  • Prepares and maintains trend analysis reports on Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) program performance data

  • Contributes to recommendations for new or revised programs

  • Assists in the development and coordination of policies, processes and services with internal organizations

This position is expected to be 100% onsite.  The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at Renton, WA.

This position must meet export control compliance requirements. To meet export control compliance requirements, a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.15 is required.  “U.S. Person” includes U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher

  • 1+ years of experience communicating effectively with multiple levels of an organization

  • 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Office Products like Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • 3+ years of experience collecting data from multiple sources, performing analysis, and presenting data

  • 3+ years of experience with managing and organizing multiple deliverables and deadlines with minimal direction

Typical Education & Experience:

Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 3 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+1 years' related work experience , 7 years' related work experience, etc.).

Relocation:

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.  

Summary pay range: $66,300-$89,700
