Job Description
The Safety Engineer will be responsible to support a site and/or region in the implementation of safety processes and leading the implementation of specific requirements . This professional directly support the development of strategic direction that drives successful execution of Global Workplace Safety Strategy Deployment and validation at the site/country/regional level. This engineer is responsible for driving the execution of the annual GWS action plans at the sites, providing education and tools to ensure that regional/country regulatory requirements and GM requirements are understood, implemented, and assessed at all managed sites. The Safety engineer partners with their peers to share and demonstrate standard methodologies across their sites, supports the site operations leadership, developing and educating the Site GWS Resources, and other key GWS functions at the sites.
Main challenges:
- Interact with multiple teams of Safety professionals who support a site and / or a region in implementing safety processes.
-Works in partnership with peers to share and leverage best practices on their sites, support site operations leadership and other key GWS functions at sites.
-Meet with union representatives and work on problem solving.
-Assists or directs the resolution of safety breaches.
-Performs other tasks as assigned.

Mandatório:

Graduação em Engenharia de Segurança do Trabalho;
-
Registro ativo no CREA;
-
Experiência em engenharia de segurança e higiene industrial, preferencialmente em ambientes industriais;

Conhecimento sólido das normas e regulamentações de segurança do trabalho;

Inglês avançado.
Desejável:
-
Espanhol intermediário.
