Job Description:
Mission of the Job
Production and modification of RF and DC harnesses, racks and electrical boxes.
Perform electrical connections, e.g. crimping, soldering on harness and PCB.
Perform general electrical repairs and electrical tests.
Perform mechanical integration of different components, including composite material with different levels of complexity and tolerances
Perform bonging activities of primary structures and different materials
Main activities
- Electrical installation by using strippping, crimping or soldering, applying proper torques, routing harnesses, performing bonding and grounding processes, locking wire, labelling and tying harnesses and performing continuity and insulation tests.
- Gluing activities
- Mechanical integration, applying proper torques
- Electronic equipments failure analysis and repair
Experience:
Essential:
- At least 4-5 years of work experience on electrical integration (crimping and soldering)
- Experience on electronic equipment failure analysis and repair
- Experience in mechanical integration
Desirable
- execution of RF/ electrical test activities until final delivery of flight and avionics equipment/subsystems/payload
