Major Accountabilities:

Performs and documents advanced analysis of electronic circuits.

Creates simulation models of complex components and circuits.

Prepares scripts to support modelling and simulation activities.
-
Takes responsibility for documents and resources related to simulation tools and methods.
-
Supports programs and mentors engineers in the field of modelling and simulation.
-
Provides trainings related to simualtion tools and methods.
-
Actively participates in design reviews.
-
Solves complex technical problems with simulation means.
-
Represents ECAE within Aptiv.
-
Continuous learning and self-development.

Follows Aptiv values and cares for confidential information, company’s property and company good image.
Your profile:
-
MSc in Electronics or similar or BSc in Electronics or similar
-
Very good knowledge of electronics components and multiple types of electronic circuits (analog and digital).
-
Specialization in specific simulation type and basic skills related to other types (eg. WCCA, Transients PI, SI, EM).
-
Min. 5 years of experience on position related to simulation of electronic circuits or similar.
-
Experience in solving technical problems.
-
Experience in training and knowledge and skills transfer.
-
Good level of technical English.
-
Very good skills related to electronic components modeling and electronic circuits simulation (eg. SPICE, VHDL, IBIS, S-parameter) and knowledge of simulators (eg. Maple, Mathcad, Xpedition AMS, LTSpice, HyperLynx, Ansys Electronics Desktop).
