・R&D部門の開発計画とスケジュールの立案
・社内および顧客マイルストーンの目標達成に向けた担当R&Dチームのリーディング
・開発進捗状況の確認と達成妨げる要因の特定、解決に向けた開発チーム間調整の主導
・必要に応じてタスクフォースを組織、リーディング
・開発予算を念頭に置いたロバスト設計の実現
・開発標準化の促進、必要に応じた非標準開発の実施検討
・他部門の設計レビューが予定通りに実施されていることのフォロー (購買部門、生産部門)
・R&D部門の代表としての顧客対応
・プロジェクトのR&D課題についての顧客コミュニケーション、顧客要求やニーズを内部向けに咀嚼して展開
・必要に応じて、プロジェクトマネージャーまたはR&Dマネージャーに報告し、エスカーレーション
詳細スケジュール立案と製品技術サポートを推進：
・リソース、設備、投資に関するニーズの特定をサポート
・マイルストーン達成に向けて必要な活動の詳細を計画
・開発予算を念頭に置いたシステム開発活動と費用のトラッキング
開発メンバーの管理：
・R&D開発メンバーの日常業務の管理
・R&D開発メンバーの対する業務の割り当て
・R&Dオペレーションマネージャー及び各開発部門マネージャーとのR&D開発メンバー業務量に関するレビュー
Accountable for the deliverables:

Responsible for the development plan and schedule of assigned R&D scope

Leads his/her assigned R&D team toward the goal of each internal/customer milestones

Leads daily R&D alignment with the team to monitor the progress and identify blockers(Show-Stoppers)

Organizes and leads task forces if required
-
In charge of the robust design in line with the feasible and efficient targets

Applies development standardization rules. De-standardizations exceptionally need to be considered.

Make sure that Design Reviews of associated domain are happening in a timely manner (e.g. Purchase, Industrial departments)

Represent the R&D function to the customer

Interface with the customer for the R&D subjects of the project, break down and cascade internally customer requests and needs

Report and escalate to his/her project manager or R&D operation manager as needed
Responsible for the detailed scheduling and product technical supports

Contribute to the identification of the needs in terms of resources, equipments, investments

Establish detail break down of the activities to meet the project milestones

Pursue activities and expenses with regard to development scope to meet allowed budget
Management of the contributors

Monitor daily activities of associated R&D contributors

Assign to team the clear work packages needed

Regular review with his/her R&D operation manager, Project Manager and the disciplines to align workloads between needs and availabilities
